Members shall not make professional referrals, prescribe products, services or devices without fully and simultaneously disclosing significant potential or implied conflicts of interest. Members who make endorsement shall not make references to membership in ASEP. The following guidelines shall be followed to avoid conflict of interest, or the appearance of such conflict, in the solicitation and receipt of funds from the public and private sectors:
