The Journal of Exercise Physiologyonline, published by the American Society of Exercise Physiologists, is a professional peer reviewed Internet-based journal devoted to original research in exercise physiology. The journal is directed by the Editor-In-Chief with supporting editorial assistance via Associate Editors knowledgeable in the field of exercise physiology. JEPonline is the first electronic peer reviewed exercise physiology journal in the history of the profession. It is founded for the purpose of disseminating exercise physiology research and, thus to serve specifically the professional needs of the exercise physiologist. The Editors welcome both empirical and theoretical articles.

The Health and Exercise Physiology Department at Ursinus College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of exercise physiology to begin fall 2015.

Rush Oak Park Hospital (in Oak Park, IL) is seeking a full-time Cardiac Exercise Physiologist to perform physician-ordered exercise and pharmacologic stress testing in both Nuclear Medicine and Stress Echocardiography for the adult population in an environment that optimizes patient safety. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field with one to three years of experience in exercise and pharmacological stress testing. Current BCLS certification and ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire) are also required. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and independent, with excellent interpersonal and computer skills. Exercise Physiology Position 2014: A large point of care organization is looking to hire a part-time board certified exercise physiologist (in Brooklyn, Queens -- New York). The applicant must have 3 years of experience, BLS or ACLS completed class, and know the Bruce and Modified Bruce protocols. The EPC will perform Bruce protocol stress testing, including hooking patient to a 12-lead ECG, monitor blood pressure ECG, and heart rate throughout test while documenting all stages (including rest and recovery).
