Position Description: Conduct fitness consultations and submaximal assessments of ConvaTec gym member employees. Work with employees to develop individualized programs to ensure safety and achievement of short and long-term personal fitness goals. Instruct/direct employee’s fitness activities. Demonstrate effective usage of equipment. Schedule regular consultations with employees to evaluate and track their fitness progress. Maintain employee fitness records. Handle employee fitness questions and inquiries. Maintenance of gym equipment. The position is located at our offices in Skillman, NJ in the greater Princeton area. Position Requirements: BA/BS or graduate degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, athletic training or a related field is required. 3-5 years prior related work experience. BLS certification is required, and ASEP and/or ACSM certifications are preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills also strongly desired. This is a part-time position with a maximum of 15 hours per week and a 3 day work schedule is preferred.
